Rent includes water, sewer, and trash services. Residents are responsible for their own, gas, electricity, internet and cable (if applicable).
How much does electricity/gas cost?

Are pets allowed?
We allow cats in Building A only with a maximum of 2 cats allowed. A one-time pet deposit of $300 is required as well as a monthly fee of $40 per pet.
What appliances are included?
Each unit comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, ice maker, microwave, and washer/dryer.
What amenities do you offer?
We have 2 fitness centers w/ free cable and wi-fi. The rooms are equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, a recumbent bike, free weights, a functional trainer, exercise mats, weight bench, medicine balls, resistance bands and more.
Multiple community rooms that include fireplaces, HD TV’s and free wi-fi, coffee machines, game room with pool table and shuffleboard as well as several outdoor patios with grilling stations, fire pits and water features.
Is storage available?
Yes, storage units are available for $10-$20 per month depending on size and location.
Is parking available?
Yes, interior garage parking is available for $125 per month. Vehicles requiring EV charging stations are $150 per month. Our interior garage space is secure and heated in the winter.
We use a fob system for all exterior doors and have a comprehensive camera system inside the building in our common areas.
Do you have air conditioning (AC)?
Yes, all units are equipped with air conditioning.
Do you have maintenance services?
Yes, we have a local maintenance team available 24/7.
Do all units have balconies?
Almost every unit in all four buildings has a balcony. There are only a few exceptions.
Do you offer short term leases?
We primarily offer 12-month leases, but on occasion short term sub-leases might be available. Please contact the office directly to inquire about availability.
